When you submit a record for the site, we may receive a name, photo, achievement description, and general location, along with any contact details you send us for coordination (such as a phone number, over WhatsApp).

2. What we publish

We only publish what is needed to tell the achievement's story: the achiever's name, achievement description, photo, and general location (city/district). We deliberately keep the following off the public site even if it's shared with us:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Full street addresses
• Date of birth (we may show an age at the time of achievement instead)

3. How contact details are used

Any phone number or email shared with us is used only to coordinate the submission (confirming details, sending updates) and is not published, sold, or shared with third parties.

4. Children's information

Many of the achievements shared with us involve children. We take extra care with this: only the child's name, achievement, and general location are published, and identifying contact information is never displayed publicly. Parents or guardians can request edits or removal at any time.

5. Your rights

You can request a correction or full removal of any record at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp with the record's name or number.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect how the site operates. Please check back periodically.
