Frequently asked questions

What this site is, how a record gets added, and what "verified" means here.

Is GUINEX RECORD COUNCIL an official world-record organisation?

No. GUINEX RECORD COUNCIL is a keepsake roll that showcases achievements — including certificates issued by various independent record-keeping bodies (such as Guinness World Book of Record and similar registries). We don't issue certificates ourselves and aren't affiliated with Guinness World Records Limited.

How do I add a record?

Send us a photo of the achievement or certificate along with the person's name and a short description over WhatsApp. We'll write it up and add it to the roll.

What does "Verified achievement" mean on a card?

It means the achievement is backed by a certificate, photo, or press coverage supplied to us — not that GUINEX RECORD COUNCIL independently re-tested the record. We display what we're given faithfully and note the source event where possible.

Can I request my child's contact details not be shown?

We already keep phone numbers, emails, and street addresses off every public card by default — only the name, achievement, and general location are shown. If you'd like anything else adjusted or removed, message us on WhatsApp.

Is there a cost to be featured?

No. Sharing your achievement with us for the roll is free.

Can a record be removed later?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the record's name or number and we'll take it down.
